These include social infrastructure, inclusive employment programs, ethical supply chains, and community-owned enterprises. PPSE provides the institutional architecture for these collaborations, ensuring that they are legally sound, financially viable, and socially accountable.
Through PPSE, economic development becomes a cooperative endeavor. It introduces mechanisms such as joint investment platforms, social procurement frameworks, and multi-stakeholder governance boards.
